Calculator inputs
Every calculation runs in your browser. Prices, rates, income and debts are not sent to our servers. When you use “Copy link”, the scenario (price, down payment, rate, term and similar) is placed in the page address so it can be shared; income, debts, property tax, heating and condo fees are never included.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to count page views and understand which calculators are useful. Analytics receive the page address without the query string, so they never see calculator inputs.
Partner links
Some pages may link to mortgage brokers or lenders. If you follow one, that partner’s own privacy policy applies to anything you submit to them. Links are marked as sponsored.
