CanadaMortgageCalc started in 2026 as the Canadian mortgage calculator on richscripts.com, built by the RichScripts team. It grew into a set of tools and is now a site of its own.
What we believe
- Get the Canadian details right. Semi-annual compounding, CMHC premiums, the stress test and provincial taxes are not optional extras.
- Show our sources. Every rule links to the official page, with the date we last checked it.
- Respect your privacy. Calculations run in your browser. We never ask for your email to see a result.
- Keep it current. We log every rule change on the updates page.
